HK Day 1: Outfit

(SM red blazer and bag, Topshop white polo, Terranova velvet leggings, Primadonna boots)

Papa and Mama's Gift: HK Day 1

My Sister and I went to Hong Kong last March 16-20. It was my Papa and Mama's gift to us hence the title of this post. We stayed in Panda Hotel at Tsuen Wah Street.  I will tell you what happened during our first day through these shots.

Papa wanted to see these pictures but he didn't get to. I wish I brought my camera with me when we visited him in the hospital before he left.  Pa, if ever you're reading this in heaven, I want you to know for the nth time that Ate and I really enjoyed our stay in Hong Kong. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you so much and I miss you every single day.

Purposeful Effort

Meet my muses: Kristine, Ayanna and Angelica. They asked me to design their dresses less than 2 weeks before their prom. Since I can't personally sew because of the short notice, I just searched for a trusted dress maker to execute my designs. It wasn't an easy job for me because it needed so much effort to make sure that everything will turn out well. Nonetheless, I super enjoyed the entire  experience.

On to the designs, I opted for simple silhouettes so that their youthful beauty won't be outshone by complicated ensembles.

Less is more for Kristine to highlight her sweet features. With an effortless classy look, this pretty  girl knows to carry herself well.
(The long, bias and sheer skirt is detachable from the inside cocktail dress. 2-in-1 haha! )
Voluptuous Sexy is Ayanna in black. Her positive inner self  shines through and enhances her natural beauty. She carries her simple flowy dress with elegance. I was amazed by the transformation of this young lady.

Dramatic chic is the perfect description for Angelica's dress. The two-toned, long back and paneled skirt is my favorite. It brought so much drama on the entire look. Same as Kristine's dress, the long skirt is also detachable from the inner fully sequined cocktail dress.
